Pisang Goreng - Indonesian Fried Banana - الموز المقلي اندونيسية

"Pisang Goreng" - sau banane prajite - sunt foarte populare in Indonezia, Malaezia si Singapore. De obicei se fac din banane mici si dulci.
Reteta asta o am din cartea
"Indonesian Regional Food and Cookery" de Sri Owen, cu mici modificari.
deci:
- 4-5 banane medii destul de coapte
- 85 g (1/2 cup) faina de orez
- 1 lingura faina alba
- 1 lingura faina de malai
- 2 linguri unt topit
- 170 ml lapte de cocos
- un pic de sare
- un pic de zahar si vanilie (optional - dupa gust)
- ulei pentru prajit
Am amestecat cele 3 tipuri de faina cu untul, laptele si sarea. am adaugat putin zahar si vanilie si am dat bananele prin acest amestec. Se prajesc in ulei pana devin aurii. Eu nu le-am prajit foarte mult deoarece bananele mele erau bine coapte si nu mi-a fost frica sa nu se inmoaie.
Se servesc calde sau reci. Mie mi-au placut mai mult reci :)
Le-am servit cu inghetata de ciocolata.
!!Nu folositi banane prea coapte!!


"Pisang Goreng" - fried bananas - are very popular in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.Usually they are made from small sweet bananas.

so:
- 4-5 medium sized bananas, fairly ripe, halved
- 85 g rice flour ( 1/2 cup)
- 1 tablespoons white flour
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 170 ml coconut milk
- a pinch of salt
- some sugar and vanilia- optional -according to your taste)
- oil for frying
I made a smoth mixture from all 3 types of flour, butter, milk and salt. I added some vanilla and sugar.
I coated the bananas with the mixture and I fried them in oil. They must be fried until become golden brown. I fried them just a little cause my bananas was well ripe and I wanted them to have a nice and firme texture..:)
Serve them hot or cold. I like them cold :)
I served them with chocolate icecream...
!!!Don't use too ripe bananas!!!

4-5 ثمرات موز (متوسطة) نحضر العجينة مكونة من:
85 غرام ( ½ كوب )- من الطحين الرز -
- 1ملعقة كبيرة من الطحين العادي - الأبيض
-1ملعقة كبيرة من الطحين الذرة
-2ملعقة كبيرة زبدة

-170 مل حليب جوز الهند
-
فانيليا و سكر – (اختياري-حسب الرغبة )
- ملح
- زيت القلي
الطريقة:
قشرى الموز وقطعيه نصين(وكل نص قطعيه اتنين بالطول)
حطى الموز فى الخلطه
نقليه في الزيت
يقدم مع الايس كريم
